These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PawFora — this website, the PawFora application (app.pawfora.com), and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction) and not prohibited from using it under applicable law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account beyond your authorized staff, and you are responsible for your team’s compliance with these Terms.

3. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

  • Free trial. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial at app.pawfora.com. The trial converts to a paid plan automatically at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Plans. Paid plans are offered as shown during sign-up (for example Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers). Plan features, prices, and the billing cycle are presented at checkout.
  • Billing. Fees are charged in advance on each plan cycle. Except where required by law, paid periods are not refunded if you cancel partway through a cycle.
  • Changes. We may change plan prices or features with notice; changes apply to the next renewal and not to the current paid period.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. After cancellation or expiration, your account reverts to read-only or closed status as described in Section 12.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) use it for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) resell, sublicense, or share the Service without our permission; (d) upload content that violates others’ rights or applicable law; or (e) use the Service to send spam or malicious content.

6. Customer content

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into PawFora (including information about your clients and their pets). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. We do not use your customer data for our own marketing.

7. Intellectual property

PawFora, our name, logo, designs, and the software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Service as permitted here. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example payment processors or analytics). Those tools have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for them, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Service changes and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or be error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawFora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PawFora harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent caused by you.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination: (a) your right to use the Service ends; (b) we will make your data available for export for a reasonable retrieval period (generally 30 days); and (c) after that period we will delete or anonymize your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute not resolved informally. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and laws evolve. We will post the current version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
